Itsuzen operates itsuzen.com and the Itsuzen iOS app. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Data we collect

Email address (waitlist signup only), along with the date you signed up and the link you signed up from
App usage data (anonymous, for performance)
Health and financial data you enter in Itsuzen (stored in your personal Supabase instance)
Voice recordings (processed by the Whisper API, immediately deleted after transcription)

3. How we use your data

Email: to send the waitlist confirmation and launch notification only
App data: to provide the features you use, stored in your account, never sold

4. Third-party services

Supabase (database and authentication)
Resend (email delivery)
OpenAI Whisper (voice transcription — audio deleted)
Anthropic Claude (AI processing — no raw data stored)
ElevenLabs (text to speech)
Vercel (website hosting and analytics)

5. Data retention

Waitlist emails: kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion
App data: kept until you delete your account

6. Your rights

Request a copy of your data
Request deletion of your data
Unsubscribe from emails at any time
